VA-Loans.US provides mortgage solutions for purchasing or refinancing of VA home loans.
VA Loans have been a great way to use benefits that you have earned by serving our country. They offer current military personnel and veterans the ability to purchase a home with zero down payment.
President Franklin Roosevelt signed the GI Bill it into law on June 22, 1944, and since then there has been more than 18 million VA-guaranteed home loans.
When compared to conventional financing on the same home it allows you to have advantages that a conventional loan cannot compare to. On Jan. 1, 2006, the VA loan guaranty limit for no-down payment loans was increased to $417,000. The previous ceiling was at $359,650.
VA-guaranteed home loans are made by banks and mortgage companies to veterans, service members, eligible reservists and eligible survivors. With VA backing a portion of the loan, veterans can receive a competitive interest rate without a down payment, making it easier to buy a home. It also eliminates the need for veterans to pay costly mortgage insurance premiums when making monthly loan payments.
We offer financing for home purchasing as well as for refinancing your current mortgage whether it is a VA loan or not.
